The grille serves as an upgrade only for the Desmoworld dry clutch cover on the Panigale or Streetfighter V4R / V4 SP models!
This allows more sound to come out of the clutch and also more air to cool the clutch.
It also prevents larger stones from flying into the clutch unhindered.
