DESMOWORLD Oil Pan Guard EVO2 for Streetfighter V4 / V4S

Desmoworld had developed the first milled V4 Oil Sump Guard for the Streetfighter in early 2021. For the latest Generation EVO2 we have analyzed the very positive Experiences from a complete Season and refined the Desmoworld Oil Pan Guard in detail.

In the EVO2, the "Main Impact Zone", the Area that is mainly hit by Stones, is offset inwards. Thus, stone chips will be even less visible in the mounted state than in the already very good original Design.

We have also deliberately avoided large, angled surfaces on the second generation to prevent this problem. Similarly, we have not extended the oil pan guard below the oil pan. The ground clearance is already very tight from the factory, and every additional centimeter increases the risk of bottoming out and pressing the lever into the oil pan. This is an unnecessary danger for us because the real problem comes from the front, not the bottom! Form follows Function...

Due to the lack of fairing, the oil pan on the Streetfighter V4 is completely open and unprotected. Stones and dirt picked up by the tire are therefore very easily thrown at the oil pan. This looks, as can be seen in the pictures, very stressed after a very short time. In the worst case, a large stone may even punch a hole in the oil pan. This poses a very great risk to the driver and other road users. We have therefore developed a visually appealing guard that effectively protects the oil pan from such rockfall!

Alternatively, you can of course bend a sheet yourself - but we strongly recommend to mount a protector, no matter in what form.
