With DESMOWORLD Mounting Ball #3 it is possible to mount e.g. GPS, Camera etc., centered on the steering damper screw Connection spot of the Streetfighter V4S with Öhlins Steering damper.

Requirements: GPS which can be fixed on a 25mm Mounting Ball and bikes with tubular handlebars need to have enough space between steering head nut and the handlebar. Most motorcycle navigation systems already contains a counterpart with a ball,
in this case the only thing You need is a  short intermediate arm like this one on Amazon >Kugelkopf-Adapter*<
